Reading Lesson Plan 1: 

Day 1: Formative assessment:  Students will turn in "Who Am I?" inference worksheet 

Day 2: Formative Assessment: Students will complete the chart in their reading journal

Day 3: Formative Assessment: The students will complete the four column inferred over the article pages 4 &5, "Building a Colossus." 

 

Reading Lesson Plan 2: 

Day 4: Formative assessment: Reading Group Assignment

Day 5: Formative assessment: Picture Inferring Worksheet

Day 6: Formative assessment: The students will read the second paragraph and pull out facts and inferences made. Have the students share out with their table what they wrote down

Day 7: Formative Assessment: Fact/ Inference Worksheet

Day 8: Summative Assessment: The students will complete the Inference Assessment sheets. (attached)
