As a part of my internship course, I was required to submit a final research paper, further investigating an aspect of my internship that I found interesting and relating it to my personal experience.  I chose to research the Brady rule.  The Brady rule comes from Brady v. Maryland and states that the prosecution must tender all evidence to the defense, including exculpatory evidence.  By researching the Brady rule I learned about an aspect of the American legal system that is designed to keep the system just.
