I have wanted to be a teacher since I was very young. I love working with children and helping them become successful in life. Teaching is such a rewarding career; the look on a child's face when they learn something new helps you feel good about what you are doing. Everyday in a classroom is a new experience. Your students teach you many things on a daily basis and always keep the clasroom a lively, interesting place. I want to teach first grade in the future. I want to help my students to be successful not only in the classroom but also in life. I always enjoyed school as a child and enjoyed pretending to be a teacher in my spare time. I also spent a lot of time in my childhood helping my mother in her classroom. I loved every minute I spent in her classroom and still loving being in the classroom interacting with children.
