 Objective for this lesson:

  • Navigate PowerPoint views and slide shows
  • Manage files and folders
  • Preview and print presentation components
  • Create a presentation using the AutoContent Wizard
  • Insert, edit, and modify text
  • Manipulate slides
  • Create hyperlinks

 Assignments:

  1. Key Terms - use the printscreen capture skill to create an image of each Key Terms and add the image to a power point slide. Title the Power Point Key Terms for PowerPoint.   
  2. Complete the Step Through It Exercises using the text book.  Complete all exercises 1-7 (all) to practice each of the objectives for this chapters.
  3. Complete the Guided Activities 1-2.
  4. Complete the Do It Yourself activities 1-4.
