This paper provided a means for me to voice my current personal philosophy of education in a short (less than 1000 word) format.  It meets all of the attached Arizona Professional Teacher Standards.  More specifically, it was an exercise that highly encouraged critical thinking on my behalf.  My practical experience that I am currently obtaining in the classroom will help me to make my educational philosophy more robust and thereby reinforce the performance standards addressed in Standard 6.
