Communicating in large groups can be difficult but making an effort to listen and respond to everyone individually is crucial to effective communication. Everyone’s personalities are different, some people enjoy stating their opinion and speaking in front of people more than others. Being inclusive of everyone is important and can truly impact your relationship with others. I enjoyed this activity although I was curious about the typical outcomes of other groups. I brought some people out as more likely to lead than others, but ultimately everyone had to participate for it to be successful.
