The Black Death was a serious obstacle to go through and to overcome. The Black Death started all from rats and fleas. The rats carried disease along China and over land trade routes. The Black Rats affect thousands of people in Europe. The Black Death was a disease that killed about one third of Europe. The Black Death takes place during the middle ages in 1347¬-1351. The Black Death was carried across China along sea and overland trade routes. It also was carried across Europe and Asia. The Black Death is important because the people started questioning the authority and their relationship/faith with GOD. This Benchmark relates to the project because The Black Death explains the movement of people, products and ideas.
Descriptive Essay
The Black Death was a serious obstacle to overcome. The Black Death started all from rats and fleas. The Black Death was a disease that killed about one third of Europe. The Black Death takes place during the Middle Ages in 1347-1351. The Black Death was carried across China along sea and overland trade routes. It also was carried across Europe. The Black Death is important because the people started questioning the authority and their relationship and faith in God. This Benchmark relates to the project because the Black Death explains the movement of ships and products, and ideas.
The box project is based on the Black Death. The project works on sensors. The project is controlled by motion detectors. The dates on the box represent when the Black Death occurred and what happened. The dates will have LED lights on it to show that there’s a disease there. Then the box will have one LED to represent one million people that our in thwith the Black Death.The box will also have a hand sensor and it will go by, if your hand is over the light box the box will slowly come on. Then as your moves faster, going across the box the LEDs will start to go faster. Then after you move your hand slowly from the box, the LEDs will start to go down showing that there’s people dying in the Black Death.

I am a European that is in a place where our population is falling apart
I am from an unhealthy place, where waste is always dumped into open gutters
A place where no one can sleep, a place where on one can eat
A place where fleas are constantly affecting the rats
A place where I can't seem to be
