I completed the National Board Process in 2005 while teaching a 6th grade class in North Carolina.  I achieved success with my first submission.  This process was rigorous, and gave me some great insight.  I whole heartedly believe I am a better teacher because of it.  As an educational professional I continue to reflect on my own practices and learn new and improved ways of teaching.

Even though I am bound by the National Board Ethics "not sharing my portfolio", I have added some of the student examples which I collected during this process.  If you click on each entry, you will get an overview of "what the entry encumbered" and be able to view some of these artifacts.
