Short-Term Goals
As I learn my strengths and weaknesses, I can see how a career in event planning suits me. I have also realized how valuable event planning is in the industry because it is used in all aspects of sports, arts, entertainment, and tourism.  I have also realized my love for traveling and I  believe that working in the hospitality and tourism industry would be a great opportunity. 


Long-Term Goals
After I gain additional experience in the event planning industry, I hope to go back to school to receive a master's degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management.
