TESTING REQUIREMENTS
For admission to Phase III of the P-9 Programs, verification of having taken or having registered for the required Praxis II Subject Assessment tests is required.
To be hired in the state of Maryland, the required tests must be passed at the level prescribed by the state.
REQUIRED TESTS
For EC/ELEM majors, there are four required tests in the Praxis II Subject Assessments series. Five tests are listed as state requirement, but since FSU has a combined major for EC/Elem, only three are required. However, some districts require the 2nd Early Childhood subject assessment for new hires.
