Assistantship candiates must complete all requirements prior to the end of the semseter. Each Assistant must complete and submit an Assistantship Summary document. The candidate must obtain sigatures from the Mentor Teacher and Clinical Supervisor, to provide confirmaiton and verification of field experience completion. 

The candidate must submit a copy of the Summary document (file, scan or image) in the Assistantship Taskstream submission folio by the last day of classes in order to complete the course.
