Internship candiates must complete all requirements prior to the end of the semseter. Each Intern must complete and submit an Internship Summary document. The candidate must obtain sigatures from the Mentor Teacher and Clinical Supervisor, to provide confirmaiton and verification of field experience completion. 

The candidate must submit a copy of the Summary document (file, scan or image) in the Internship I Taskstream submission folio by the last day of classes in order to complete the course.
