Internship candidates must provide a release form to the parents/guardians for the students in their class, especially for those groups for which you will be colleting work and recording video/audio for EdTPA during Internship II. 

While school districts collect releases from caregivers at the beginning of each school year, candidates need this additional release for the use of student's information, images/audio and work samples for assignments, assessments and portfolio evidence beyond the classroom, school and district use. 

During remote learning, an electronic version of the form should be provided to all caregivers and electronic methods of collection should be used, to increase responses. 

Intern II candidates must provide Ms. Delaney with evidence of their permissions for their EdTPA students. Details about submitting this evidence will be provided in the EDUC 422 seminar class.
