As a daughter, friend, aunt, and sister, my life has always revolved around relationships and spending time with those I love. When I am not visiting my sister and two-year-old nephew in Southern California, you will likely find me globetrotting and immersing myself in other cultures. With a passion for health and fitness, I enjoy all types of physical activities including hiking, yoga, weightlifting, and outdoor running. I also consider myself a creator and artist. Although I thoroughly enjoy my active lifestyle, I always make time for daily meditation, reading, and relaxation.
