Leadership Philosophy

Leadership Fundamentals

  • Leaders are humble and willing to take responsbility for both the success and failure of teams they lead.

  • Leaders don't demand respect - they earn respect through leading by example and making moral and ethical decisions that serve to improve the collective well-being of all stakeholders.

  • Leaders excel in strategic planning and always approach situations with the end in mind.

  • Leaders emphasize "we", not "I', and value the opinions and beliefs of others.

  • Leaders effectively communicate with others, both verbally and non-verbally, by maintaining an approachable, authentic, and empathetic demeanor.

  • Leaders strive to build morale and trust amongst team members and also maintain personable, positive relationships with individuals.

  • Leaders go the extra mile, taking time and effort to develop themselves and their followers.
