Advising is extremely important because students must make numerous decisions that include choosing which specialization/credential option to pursue. After an interval of seven years, courses in education are reevaluated and subject to reduction in credit, in light of new requirements and changes in educational procedures. (An advising sheet will be provided outlining a timeline and course load for the program of study.)
