A large part of teaching is accepting differences in students and being ready and willing to work with all students to achieve their best.  Although many forms of differences appear in any American school, language differences are perhaps the most common.  My participation in and summary of the interactive, web-based tutorial on English Language Learners (ELL) shows my awareness of the need to teach these differences and work with all students.
