During my sixteen month California Multiple Subject Credential program, I created over 50 lesson plans.  These were delivered to students in many grade levels: Kindergarten, First, Third, Fourth and Fifth grades. 

I'm proud of my Integrated unit on Community for K/1.  We learned about the students in the class using interviews, realia, and visits.  We learned about the school community by creating maps of the campus.  We then went around the block identifying important markers, then collaborated on a block map.  The students learned about themselve, each other, the school, and the community while being instructed in math, social studies, language arts, art, and science.  See all of the lessons and activities by following the link below.
