There is no regular class meeting. The remaining part of the semester will be through electronic submissions. Only students who need to complete the 2nd attempt of the math evaluation or those who need to meet with me need to come to class. I will be in 149-S. 149-S will remain available throughout the semester for those who need a space to work.

Your resume should have been submitted to Dragon by now for review. The OCS will provide me with a list of my students and when they initially submitted. If you have problems with uploading your resume to Dragon trail or any other problems with the process, you are to contact Mrs. Joy Jones at joyjones@uab.edu. Once your resume has been approved by OCS, you are to upload and submit the resume to your TaskStream folio under the About Me Page-Resume Section with a DRO.

You will receive an incomplete if you do not have your interview through InterviewStream completed and submitted. InterviewStream- Get the URL link (Submitted in your TaskStream Program folio under Outcome 6 in the Formal Speaking Evaluation Section. Do not forget to include a DRO. You MUST use the "Link" function to upload your URL. I will not accept it if you copy and paste the link into the "Text & Image " Section. Test your link from a different computer through your TaskStream folio to make sure it takes you directly to your interview, not the log-in page.

The Spontaneous Writing Evaluation is graded by your program area instructors, not me. I do not have a definitive answer as to when they will be graded. Please be patient and I will notify you when your scores are ready. You will have them before the term ends so you may properly upload your scores into your TaskStream program folio. The results letter and rubric are in your class folders. If you do not have results or a note, it means I do not have record of you taking the test this term. This is your copy. Please remove your results from the folder. Scan and upload your results as an attachment under the Spontaneous Writing Section in Outcome 6 (NOT THE FORMAL WRITING section). Make sure to include a DRO and submit. You will receive an incomplete if your results are not properly uploaded and submitted. If you have not completed your first attempt, you may do so on April 2nd or 4th.

Please remove your ALSDE Math Evaluation results letter from your folder. This is your copy. If you passed, you should scan and attach your results in the ALSDE Math section under Outcome 1 of your program folio. Make sure to include a DRO and to submit. If you did not pass, prepare for the re-take. You will receive an incomplete if your results are not properly attached and submitted. This is a requirement for TEP. If you do not have results or a note, it means I do not have record of you taking the test this term. The second attempt is scheduled for April 2nd and 4th.

Note: For the rest of the semester, please check comments sent through TaskStream for needed revisions. Please use your EDU 200 Course Document to make sure you are following directions and avoid point deductions. My assistant and I will be checking folios thoroughly. If there is an extreme problem, you will personally be emailed or called. Therefore, please make sure I have accurate email addresses and phone numbers listed on the form in your class folder.
Remember, you must at least register for the Background Check and the AECTP/APTTP in order to pass the course. Have this done by April 30th. Slide your documentation, with your name on it, under my office door (EB 221) if you haven't already placed the documentation in your folder.
All, do not forget to upload your approved resume. If you are having problems with it getting approved, contact Mrs. Roberta (Joy) Jones in the Office of Career Services (5th floor of HUC).
Remember, TaskStream assisgnments are non-negotiable. If all are not submitted, you will receive an INCOMPLETE.
I will send you the reminder email with the table of assignments around the second week in April. It must be signed and returned.
