Knowing what is currently going on in education is vital to prospective teachers.  Hot topics like diversity, job expectations, and technology will be discussed throughout the course.  Article critiques will be used to facilitate discussions.  Article discussion responses will be submitted and evaluated through BlackBoard.  See each section's attachments for the article and the corresponding discussion questions.  Each article/discussion is worth 50 points.  You should also be prepared to discuss the articles in class.
