By opening the attachment below, you will be able to access the Application for Admission to TEP form.  You will be required to complete this form and then submit it to the Office of Student Services (Room 100).  Remember to submit this application, along with your TEP Portfolio, by the application deadline.  This deadline is always posted outside Room 100.  

Important Note:  

The TEP Application form changes from term to term.  You must submit the application form that is in effect for the term in which you are applying to TEP.  Make sure you go by Room 100 to pick up a current application form (i.e., the form in the attachment below may not be current for the term in which you are applying).
