Reflections and Your Portfolio

During EDU 200, we will discuss how to write effective and interesting introductions for each of your portfolio artifacts.  As we will discuss in class, each introduction should (a)  DESCRIBE the artifact (i.e., state the purpose of the assignment or describe the assignment requirements), (b) ORIENT (i.e., tell the reviewer where to go to find your artifact), and (c) REFLECT (i.e., explain why this artifact is important and how you changed/grew as a future teacher as a result of completing this artifact relative to the learning outcome).
