Lesson 2 introduced us to the top four issues in education that occur as a result of uses of technology. As well as learning about what issues occur throughout the classroom, we learned the impact that each of these issues have. For the safety and well being of the students, educators need to be aware of each of these issues to avoid situations. Educators being aware will allow students to learn these issues so they know ways to not fall victim of them. CAEP Standard 1.5 relates to this lesson. 1.5 Providers ensure that candidates model and apply technology standards as they design, implement and assess learning experiences to engage students and improve learning; and enrich professional practice.
