In the last assignment each of you purchased a subscription to TaskStream. Once you obtained the subscription you began to play with some of the tools available within TaskStream. This module will continue the use of TaskStream by involving you in the creation of an "Presentation Portfolio." The work you do this week will be the beginning development of a showcase for the work that you do within this class, and hopefully for other artifacts that you create throughout your tenure in the College of Education. As mentioned previously, this portfolio can be used by the students (as they enter the job market) as a resource to share with prospective employers.
By now each of you should have the beginnings of a "Presentation Portfolio." (It was the last activity from the previous section.) In this section you will begin to develop that portfolio. Below, you will find the information on the items that I would like to see you put into your portfolio. The template you chose last week will not have all of the items listed below. There are two ways to work through this: first, you can simple start over and use the template that most resembles the required items, or second, you can keep what you have and modify the template by adding to, modifying, or deleting from the predefined items. Either way, the template will probably require some modification. Remember that this is something that you may use beyond this class. With that in mind, be cognizant of what you might want this completed portfolio to share with others (including prospective employers).
An introduction page (homepage) with a graphic that will be the focal point of the page. Also, you need to write an introduction to your portfolio on this page and why it was created. Add a link to your email and a link to your personal website if you have one.
A section called Work of which I am proud.
A section called Work which I found exceptionally challenging
A section called Moments of frustration and personal victory
A section called An illustration of your understanding of the integration of technology in the classroom
Share an example of your work that best illustrates your understanding of the integration of technology in the classroom.
Include a rationale as to why this item was chosen to be placed in this section
A section called All Assignments
Include in this section links to all of your assignments. (You will need to upload each assignment into TaskStream)
> Add other pages that you may deem necessary for this class, other classes, or your future use of TaskStream.

So, what are you supposed to do?
Create the "Presentation Portfolio" on TaskStream
Modify it to include sections for future development of each of the bulleted items above
Fully develop the introduction page
"Share" what you have done. (This will not be available until you have been added to a TaskStream Program by your facilitator)
How to "Share."
Once you have accomplished each of the tasks above, you will allow me access to the portfolio. The following are instructions on how to do that:
While in your portfolio in TaskStream, you will see the numbers one through four above the "work area." Next to the number four are the word "Publish/Share," select them.
The page that opens shows what your portfolio will look like on the web. Above the preview page are four gold buttons. Select the one that says "Request Feedback (Share with Reviewer)."
In the pop-up window select the "Entire folio" radio button and then select "Continue."
Find your facilitator's name and select the radio box. then click the "Share with Reviewer" button.
Your facilitator will then have access to your folio.
