Students: to be eligible for participation in laboratory and clinical rotations throughout the program, each student is responsible for satisfying and maintaining compliance to the Health Passport Requirements prior to the first day of each semester through their CertifiedProfile.com Account. Please be aware that non-compliance of Health Passport Requirements by the first day of the semester will lead to an administrative withdrawal from an Integrated Experiential Learning (IEL) course. Non-compliance is determined if a requirement(s) is indicated as "Overdue" in the CertifiedProfile.com Account. 

Faculty: all full-time nursing faculty and clinical associates must satisfy and be in compliance to the Health Passport Requirements by August 29; clinical adjuncts must satisfy and be in compliance prior to the first day of the semester. Health Passport Requirements must be supported with official documentation, including dates/signature, and are a condition of hire as stated in the Nursing Faculty Handbook, Appendix V.
