Complete the StudentMax TCPS Orientation Quiz with the brief instructions below and upload the Certificate of Completion to your Certified Profile Account:

1. Access StudentMax Orientation
2. Select program of study type: "Nursing Students" or "RNs"
3. Enter User Name and Password found on Health Passport Requirement documents
4. Step 1: Review Orientation Modules
5. Omit Steps 2 + 3
6. Select “Take The Quiz”
7. Request A New Account
8. Select “Quiz Catalog”
9. Enroll into “1-FERPA Release” then the applicable quiz
10. Print and Save Certificate as a PDF
11. Upload Certificate of Completion to your Certified Profile Account
