The abstract I have submitted explores through literature research the roles of facilitor and student as these roles change from a traditional style of teaching to a more technology based learning environment. The studies and articles I reviewed discussed the implications drawn from reseach studies on how best to facilitate the ability to work productively individually and in teams. The review clearly indicates the positive outcomes of providing the student with a learning environment that motivates them to willingly participate in their education.
