This portfolio was begun in Block I semester and continues through my student teaching semester. It demonstrates my proficiency in NETS-T and DPI standards.

Context

I used a commercial web page called TaskStream to create a portfolio as required by the Reich College of Education at Appalachian State University. I made folders for each class in my Block semester and uploaded a variety of projects such as an i-Movie, newsletter, web pages (Story Pictures and Teach Classroom), Science Photo Essay, diversity portfolio, math lesson plans on counting and patterns, and an ERSI assessment.

Impact

During the semester that I student teach, I will be showing this portfolio to my advisor, my student teaching supervisor, and my classroom cooperating teacher. The state of North Carolina requires that I meet these standards.

Alignment

I have competency IA because I have shown competency in basic and advanced technology skills. This portfolio also shows my professional development and growth as a perspective teacher.
