    The Meet the Press lesson was taught during the week of September 25, 2006, at Mountain View Elementary School. Students spent a week researching People of the Renaissance and Reformation in the library and computer lab. Lesson Plan Objectives: 1. Students will demonstrate research techniques. 2. Students will create a power point or research paper that answers the Meet the Press questions. 3. Students will demonstrate proper grammar during their oral report.

To conclude the Renaissance Unit students attended the Renaissance Festival in Davidson County on <st1:date Month="10" Day="17" Year="2006"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Book Antiqua'">October 17, 2006</SPAN></st1:date>.
