Diversity in the classroom philosophy

During my Cultural Diversity in Education course, I have developed a philosophy of how cultural diversity should be incorporated in the classroom. I have also come to the conclusion that the recognition and respect of diversity in the classroom is vital.  For one of the last projects in this course, we used this philosophy we developed in our minds to create a letter to a hypothetical principal, explaining to him our interest in a job opportunity and how we believe cultural diversity should be incorporated in the classroom.  To view the letter I wrote, you may click the link below.
