Child Developement was a very informative course.  I learned so much about children ages birth-adolescence.  I learned the needs and capabilities of children at each stage of life, primarily in these areas: cognitive, social/emotional, academic, and physical.  I completed 20 hours of service learning for this course at a preschool, where everything I learned was reinforced.  I also completed many assignments and projects, some of which were very personal and introspective.  At the end of this course, I wrote my philosophy of child development.
