Links for Students Searching the Internet

Ever needed to find appropriate search engines for children, but just didn’t know if they existed?  Well, they do!  I understand that many parents know children need to use the internet for class and class projects, but have a great deal of concern about where they are searching for this information.  The links below will provide very appropriate and safe search engines for elementary aged children who use the internet

Ivy's Search Engine Resources

Ask for Kids

Ask Jeeves isn't the only search engine that will find just about anything!  Ask for Kids, (formerly known as 'ask jeeves for kids'), is an excellent website for children to search and learn about just about anything they desire to learn about.

"Here's to Ask for Kids - the most demanding, inquisitive searchers of all."

At the Redzee website, children may search for results on anything they wish to learn about.  They however will never be able to access inappropriate websites or information.
