It is crucial for teachers to be very descriptive while teaching content.  This becomes a challenge when teaching technology because it has numerous intricate steps that must be followed exactly.  One method of technology that I will use in my future classroom is Microsoft PowerPoint.  Attached below are two handouts that I created describing how to accomplish two multi-step PowerPoint features in detail.
