Taxation and Distribution - Module 3

This paper will address the process of taxation and the distribution of that money to schools.  It will focus on important topics such as the different sources of tax money, the equalization of local, county, and full state funding systems.  It will discuss the impact of district power equalization and the characteristics and functions of a good tax system.
