Candidate Performance Data (NCATE/CAEP)

The candidate performance data presented here are summarized from comprehensive specialized professional association (SPA), state, and institutional reports required by NCATE/CAEP and the Delaware Department of Education (DOE) for national recognition, state approval, and unit accreditation.  Content Knowledge generally reflects content assessments required by the DOE for certification and by the SPAs for national recognition of preparation programs.  Pedagogical Content Knowledge illustrates the understanding by candidates of their professional practice based upon the competencies required of the candidates for successful completion of their programs.  Pedagogical Skills demonstrate candidate performances or abilities in their professional practice.  Dispositions reflect candidate attitudes toward their practice and profession.
