  • This video, created by the DIEM project, uses circles to signify the locations of individual viewers' gazes while watching There Will be Blood (Paul Thomas Anderson, 2007). The size of the circles indicate the length of a fixation on a particular point in the image

    This is a still imaging created by the eye tracking technology used in my study. It uses a heat map to signify areas most frequently looked at in a given moment of It's A Wonderful Life (Frank Capra, 1946). Warmer tones (especially red splotches) signify areas of the image looked at more frequently, whereas cooler tones suggest areas looked at less frequently.
