Rider Supervisors
 

Supervisors must complete six assessments evaluating the student teacher candidate performance.  These assessments can be found in the Teacher Candidate Evaluations and Rubrics Program on your TaskStream account.  Assessment 1, 2, 4 and 5 are narrative will be completed on TaskStream.  Midterm and Final Assessments are the third and sixth assessment.  The narratives assess student performance during your visit.  Midterm and Final Assessments are summative. All Midterm Evaluations are due by March 15th and Final Evaluations by May 4th.

If you are supervising a Graduate Level Teacher Candidate you will find student's name available under that heading.  If you are supervising a Undergraduate Teacher Candidate as well, that student will be under that heading.  Same is true for content specifc majors. 

At end of the semester, the Student Teaching Assessment Form should be completed for all of your students and can be found in the Teacher Candidate Evaluations and Rubrics Program along with your other assessments as noted above.
