The Capstone Experience Paper is comprised of the following sections:

2. Implications and applications
The double-spaced paper should not exceed 10 pages, including the reference page. Organize your Capstone Paper with headings and sub-headings. Follow APA 6th edition guidelines for in-text citations and references. (Both sections need to be submitted in one document!)
Capstone Reflections
Compose a reflection in approximately 1,500 words that explains how your perspective as a technology leader has been impacted by the process of meeting the Educational Technology Program Outcomes. Describe how the program has contributed to your growth as a more informed, reflective, and responsive technology leader. Use citations to support your work, as appropriate.
Elements of the Capstone Reflections paper: The following questions are guides for possible discussion in the Capstone Reflections:
1. How do your artifacts fulfill the Program Outcomes?
2. Do your artifacts provide evidence of competency? Did you identify any gaps?
3. How have you grown or developed during your enrollment in the program?
4. How will the competencies enhance your professional work?
5. Which leaders in Educational Technology or the profession have influenced you and how?
Implications and Applications
In approximately 250 words summarize your growth as an educational technology leader and how you will apply the knowledge and skills you have gained. Implications might include impact on student achievement in the K-12 classroom and leadership in the Ed Tech field.
