Professional Development

Throughout my directed teaching, I attended all staff meetings and grade level meetings.

I met with the three other grade level teachers on a weekly basis. It was fascinating to see how they plan. Toward the end of my directed teaching, I was excited to be involved in the planning.

It was also a great learning experience attending faculty meetings, held twice a month. I witnessed how the principal organizing and discusses, in closed and open forum, issues affecting teachers at all grade levels.
