Misc. Activities

Miscellaneous physical education activities included the following:

Cotton Ball Relays
Student formed two competing teams. I had students carry a cotton ball on a spoon to a bowl at an end-point, and then had them run the empty spoon back to the next person in line, until all students had taken turns carrying a cotton ball to an end-point and back.

Students had a great time with this activity. It was an especially nice opportunity for those who may be less athletic in game sports to excel at something that requires fine motor skills.
