Taskstream is a web-based electronic portfolio, assessment management and standards-based instruction solution. It allows students to upload assignments from each core course in their program of study, and submit that assignment for evaluation. It also allows faculty to evaluate students’ assignment and to create standards-based lesson plans, evaluation rubrics, and entire instructional units. This service helps you set goals, address requirements, and demonstrate your improvement.

Office of Professional Preparation and Accreditation (OPPA)  serves as the central support structure needed to maintain quality of our professional preparation programs as defined by national and state standards and to be responsive to the accountability needs of the university, schools, and communities we serve. We provide leadership and support in GSEHD for clinical placements, educator licensure, and accreditation.

The Division of Data Systems and Assessment (DDSA) is a division within The Office of Professional Preparation and Accreditation (OPPA) under the executive direction of Dr. Patricia Tate. DDSA provides GSEHD Taskstream users with specialized support for the Learning Achievement Tools (LAT) platform in Taskstream. DDSA leads and supports assessment and evaluation work related to accreditation, program reviews, and accountability. The Assistant Director, Dr. Leslie Ward is leading the assessment system work in managing data entry and generating reports for the NCATE accreditation process with the assistance of Ellen Wanjiru. The LAT platform is used to collect evidence of student achievement, provide formative feedback to students, score student work with rubrics and forms, manage clinical placements and internship data and analyze performance by outcome or assessment.
