Graphic Organizers Flyer

There are various teaching strategies for educators to use when it comes to teaching curriculum.  In this course we discussed the following: Experiential Learning, Multiple Intelligences, Science Inquiry Method, Bilingual Education, Higher-Order Thinking/Questioning Strategies, Mastery Learning, Math Problem Solving, Graphic Organizers, 6 Traits of Writing, and Cooperative Learning.  My group and I chose to create a flyer discussing the use of graphic organizers.  These organizers not only present information clearly, but gives students another method to employ when solving various problems.  With the assistance of the World Wide Web, my group located information on the definition, theory, and types of graphic organizers available for use within the classroom.  Click on the link below to view the colorful document I designed in Publisher to display the information.
