I completed my student teaching during the fall semester of 2006.  It took place at Pleasant Gardens Elementary in McDowell County.  While I was there, my cooperating teacher was Linda Doran who taught fourth grade.  My responsibilities included observations inside and outside of our classroom, and assisting the teacher with the students until building up to a full load of teaching for six weeks.  I also did two assignments, one reflecting the student impact on learning, as well as a lesson using technology in the classroom.
