Searching for the Lost

Scott C. Hammond, PhD is a Professor of Management in the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University and an author and consultant.  His book "Lessons of the Lost: Finding Hope and Resillience in Work, Life, and the Wilderness" was nominated for the National Independent Book of the Year in 2016.  His research on lost person behavior won the national Breaking the Frame Award from the Journal of Management Inquiry in 2015.  He appears regularly in the media and have been quoted by US News and World Report, Fast Company, and Entrepreneur magazines. He is a proud member of the Utah County Search and Rescue team.
