The researchers identify four personalities of students that affect their information seeking behavior.  One personality, the Adaptive, is that student who loves learning and the one we are always hoping for, but represents only a quarter of students.  The other three, Ambivalent, Free-form, andtime Sensitive present more challenges.  But understanding how they learn can help you reach them more effectively.  This is an informative and thought-provoking webinar.  Enjoy.
