Business Development Manager

Performics buys media, creates content and optimizes brand experiences across performance channels - e.g. search, display, social, mobile, eCommerce, broadcast, print, mail - to generate direct, measurable revenue for leading brands.
As a Business Development Manager, I assist in expanding the Performics brand and business nationally across the U.S. I act as the project manager for the team, assisting with all phases of new business related activities, including but not limited to:
- Managing inbound business development communications and all communications with inbound leads throughout the sales process.
- Input and manage activity reporting in Salesforce for the U.S.
- Organize/manage RFI and RFP presentation database, files and new business materials.
- Write, edit, distribute and deliver RFI/RFP responses.
- Manage new business status meetings and issue weekly new business status reports.
- Ongoing innovation around the business development process to improve demonstration of value to prospects/clients.
Accomplishments include:
- Reconstructed pitch and prospect tracking, databases and overall process.
- Assisted in the execution of engagements and wins for opportunities with media spends of over $3M.
