The Leadership Profile project focused on identifying and interviewing a real-life effective leader in order to both strengthen mentoring relationships and analyze one's own personal leadership style. I had the pleasure of interviewing my supervisor at Misericordia, Mary Ann, about her personal leadership story and ideas about leadership in general. I learned more about her leadership experience at Misericordia, as well as how she views effective leadership and advice she would give to current leaders.

I also reflected on my own personal leadership style and story, exploring what values were important to me in leaders and how these were manifested in my internship at Misericordia.
