Currently, I am a graduate student and Research Assistant for the Technology Leadership and Communication Department at IUPUI. As a student and employee of the department, I have the opportunity to conduct research that expands and contributes to faculty research portfolios while applying the skills and knowledge learned through my course work. My primary research interests include the following:

• Corporate volunteerism
• Employee engagement
• Corporate social responsibility
• Program evaluation
• STEM mentoring impact factors

The "Research Experience" subtabs will demonstrate the work I have done in these fields of research. The following projects will be explained in more detail: US2020 STEM Mentoring Initiative, Lilly Global Day of Service, Millennial giving and volunteering, and outcomes of Junior Achievement JobSpark.
