As your class counselor I will be seeing students individually throughout the semester, I look forward to finding out how your summers went!  Sophomore year is an exciting year...no longer freshman!!!   This is a good year to build up your GPA's, so get organized from the start and stay on top it! 

-I graduated from Salpointe in 1995

-Attended Glendale Community College 95-97 on a softball scholarship

-Transferred to Western New Mexico University on a softball scholarship...received a BS in Administration of Justice with a minor in Psychology.

-I was then asked to stay and coach...while coaching at WNMU I received my MA in Counseling

-After graduating I moved back to Tucson and was hired as a counselor at Chaparral Middle School in the Sunnyside School District...I also coached softball at Desert View High School

-After 4 years of being at Chaparral there was a chance for me to be a counselor at Salpointe as well as coaching softball, and I couldn't pass the opportunity up...so here I am and I love being back in the Salpointe Community
