I completed my Block II internship in the spring of 2006.  I was placed at Mountain View Elementary with Mrs. Howell's first grade classroom in West Jefferson, North Carolina.  Mrs. Howell allowed me to work one on one with the students and with the classroom as a group.  As part of my Block II requirements, I taught a unit on plants, 3 lesson in mathematics, a lesson in science, and a lesson in social studies.
